Everything has an energy frequency that vibrates from weak to high including books, food, water, clothes, people, animals, buildings, cars, movies, sports and music.

In 2002 Dr. David Hawkins, a psychiatrist and consciousness researcher combined the discovery that all atoms are energy with leading research on human awareness. The result is scientifically validated and proves all objects possess energy and this energy vibrates on what is known as the Scale of Consciousness.

Imagine a scale of 1 to 1000 with 1000 being the highest state a human being can attain. At this level you would be an enlightened master. At the lowest end of the spectrum is someone who is not thriving at all, someone in complete survival mode.

Dr. Hawkins used muscle testing, otherwise known as Applied Kinesiology to determine where people were on the scale. Within this scale, there are a total of seventeen (17) different levels of consciousness separated by different points on the scale. Emotions like shame, guilt and apathy vibrate at low frequencies, while emotions like love, joy and peace vibrate at high frequencies.

A person operating above the level of 200 has more positive traits related to higher consciousness and is operating from a level of power.

A person operating below the level of 200 is primarily focused on survival and is operating within lower frequency vibrations and from a level of fear.

Moving from 0 to 500 marks a progression in the change of your world-view from a fear-based consciousness to a love-based consciousness. The highest attainable level is enlightenment at 1000.

Every thought, emotion, word and action has one calibration or another. Every moment of our day we are either moving towards what we want or away from what we want. Everything calibrates at certain levels from weak to high including books, food, water, clothes, people, animals, buildings, cars, movies, sports and music.

Many television shows and movies weaken people who watch them by bringing their energy levels down below the 200 level of consciousness. When your consciousness falls below 200 at any given moment you start to lose power and are more likely to be manipulated by your environment.

Becoming more conscious is the progressive realisation of conscious mastery over your mind.

Raise Your Energy Frequency

It is important that you focus on the feelings and actions that expand your energy and raise your vibrational energy frequency, if you want to feel happier and be more productive and more creative.

You know when something gives you energy and when something depletes your energy. You know when someone leaves you feeling energised and when someone leaves you feeling drained.

Your life is a result of your level of conscious awareness. In order to create an experience on the outside, you need to have reached the state of awareness that allows it on the inside.
